چکیده

Nanoscience and nanotechnology have been rapidly developing due to the increased use of nanoparticles in several fields including health (antibacterial agents), medicine, chemistry, food, textiles, agricultural sectors, nanofluids. The study aimed biologically synthesize AgNPs using leaf stem extracts Tabernaemontana ventricosa. were successfully synthesized verified UV-visible spectroscopy; however, synthesis was more efficient rather than extracts. energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis showed that elemental silver (Ag) content much higher compared both analyzed scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission (HRTEM), images displayed spherical, ovate, triangular-shaped (NPs), which varied particle size ranging from 16.06 ± 6.81 nm 80.26 24.93 across all treatments. However, nanoparticle tracking (NTA) larger sizes 63.9 147.4 7.4 nm. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectral observed functional groups such as alcohols, phenolic compounds, aldehydes, alkanes, esters, amines, carboxylic acids. Our suggests medicinal plant can be used for effective economical production their capping; further studies are necessary determine possible function phytochemicals within T. ventricosa responsible AgNPs.
